While dragging my tired arse home today, I've been thinking about my recent lack of motivation. I doubt it is the holiday mood because I have been feeling so bland the entire holiday. My lack of festive mood, my lack of enthusiasm for any new years resolution and my dread to start school.

I think I have been taking too many things for granted. In the sense that nothing fascinates me anymore - everything has been done before. I am in this stage where I am waiting for something to wow me.

And then I realised, I need to stop waiting for something to blow me away, but instead look (or perhaps make) for things that intrigue me. Time to stop waiting, and to start looking.

So hence, my new year's resolution:

1. start looking

2. more making

3. fall back in love with architecture
